Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order, or event specific pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Event Specific Pre-orders
When you purchase an event specific pre-order, you are buying a product that you will pickup in person at the author's table for the specified event. We will collect full payment at checkout. 
Should you unexpectedly be unable to attend the specified event, you can reach out to us at info@queersfbooks.com to arrange to have the product shipped to you at an additional cost.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout.
